In the initial consultation we define the scope of the project and understand what you’re looking for, your goals and current challenges. We discuss in depth your business, services or products and we get familiar with how you and your team operate, so we can support you at our best.

We don’t believe in a cookie-cutter marketing or branding approach, so once the scope of the project is clear, we do research, study your industry and come up with a fully tailored strategy. We also create a plan and a timeline, so you know from the get-go where we’re heading and what’s next.

Implementation

Review

You get a peek at what we’ve completed, and together we discuss where we are before moving on to the next step. This is the best opportunity to spot gaps and talk about any tweaks and details that will make the project as successful and perfect as possible.

Final Delivery

We get back to work to make any adjustments and finalise the project. We strive to deliver polished solutions that are ready for implementation. Depending on the project and your team skills, we either handle the final setup or work closely with your team to make it happen.

We believe in acting as your partners, as the marketing extension of your business. So if you’re working with us on a monthly retainer basis, we will wrap up one project or phase of our strategy and kickstart the next, ensuring we continue to support your business growth.
