WHO WE SERVE
Service-based solopreneurs, coaches and starting business owners
This audience is made of people coming from corporate background who understand the importance of having expert support and investing in marketing and other services, but who don’t have a team in place just yet. They mostly take care of their own online presence and tend to have a low to mid-size budget. They are in the coaching or service-based industry and operate in a wide range of industries (eg. wellness, personal development, business development, etc). They tend to be quite curious, open to feedback, and humble. They are a bit insecure, but truly believe in their values and want to feel aligned to them when running a business. They need experts who can lead them with confidence and expertise, be a reliable partner and deliver results through a tailored approach, so they can focus on other tasks.
NOTE:While this has been a key audience for us over the last few years, we will mostly reach them through current network and existing partnerships, while making them less central to our target client, as in the future we might completely move away from them.
Micro and small businesses
This segment is made of micro-businesses turning over anywhere between 6- and very early 7-figure, with teams of 5 to 30 people. They don’t have a marketing or design department, so they are looking for an expert supplier who can step in and take care of their needs as they understand the professional value an agency can bring. As a sub-segment to this audience, we also have veteran-run and veteran-owned micro and small businesses. They don’t have the marketing or creative skills, but value them and are keen to outsource them when having budget. They are a no-nonsense group and just want things to be expertly done with strategy and a clear plan in place.
They are humble and understand their limitations, but they are not willing to take part if the “rat race, influencer” approach to social media and marketing. They want to save/create time and focus on other business activities that require their attention. Before working with us, they might have attempted to do things on their own eg. the founder or a manager or even an intern would do marketing, or they have outsourced to other providers who weren’t always reliable or got them the results they wanted. They are in a wide variety of industries, including recruitment, business training/development, wellness, digital softwares/products. They tend to have a mid-size budget for retainers and projects and want someone who can trust, step in quickly and get the work done autonomously.

We’re a boutique agency, which means the client knows exactly who is doing what and they can be part of the experience and process with us. We know a lot of clients come to us after having had negative experiences with other agencies - they were dragged along, work wasn’t finished and if it was, it was subpar. From the get-go, we show we’re reliable, we operate quickly (quicker than an average agency), we’re structured in our timelines and plans, we’re clear about when and how we deliver.
